Medical Operation Coordinator (English & Vietnamese)

Family Medical Practice’s growing team of dedicated physicians specialize in emergency & evacuation medicine, pediatrics, internal medicine, women’s health, orthopedics, and psychiatry, among others.

We are looking for Customer Service Call Centers to be part of our Alarm Center team at Family Medical Practice in HCMC; to become part of the broadest emergency response network in Vietnam.

- The Customer Service Call Centers will respond to medical emergency calls. They will gather essential information from callers and dispatch the appropriate first responder to the scene.

Ability to think and react quickly and calmly:- Ability to use individual judgment, decision making skills to evaluate situations and resolve matters- Ability to listen and take control of the situation- Ability to operate telephone equipment and computer keyboards- Ability to read maps and quickly locate streets and addresses- Ability to record information accurately- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written- Excellent multitasking abilities- Fluency in English and Vietnamese

Minimum requirement:- Fluency in Vietnamese and English will be tested- Good telephone techniques- Previous experience in similar business would be an advantage
