Manufacturing Digital Specialist

Main Purpose of the Job:

Drive digital transformation and AI initiatives across Dong Nai Factory through the Digital pillar by translating operational needs into practical digital solutions, coordinating implementation and adoption, and accelerating innovation and continuous improvement.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Digital Transformation And Solution Delivery:

• Drive digital transformation and AI initiatives across Dong Nai Factory through the Digital pillar.

• Understand operational needs and translate them into practical digital solutions.

• Delivery and deployment of practical digital, automation, analytics and AI solutions aligned with operational needs.

• Support deployment of digital tools, automation, analytics and AI applications.

2. Program Coordination And Sustainable Implementation:

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive alignment, execution and adoption.

• Establish governance for tracking project progress, removing roadblocks and ensure sustainable implementation.

• Navigate organizational change and support the factory digital-transformation roadmap.

3. Capability Building And Change Leadership:

• Promote a digital and AI-first mindset through coaching, training and engagement activities.

• Act as a change agent to accelerate innovation and continuous improvement.

• Training, coaching, assessment and engagement supporting digital adoption, innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications/Certifications:• Strong understanding of business processes and ability to connect digital solutions with operational needs.• Excellent stakeholder-management, communication and coordination skills.• Passion for AI, digital technologies and emerging innovations.• Can-Do, Can-Learn and Can-Change mindset.• Self-starter with strong ownership and an Activator mindset.• Learning agility and adaptability in a fast-changing environment.• Business acumen, influencing skills, results orientation and change leadership.• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Data Analytics, Computer Science or a related field.• Knowledge of Power BI, Power Apps, Automation, Data Analytics or AI tools is an advantage.• Good command of English.
