Key Responsibilities
• Receive and process incoming shipments and coordinate outbound deliveries.
• Prepare DN, Commercial Invoices, and Packing Lists accurately.
• Perform scanning, packing, and labeling in accordance with company standards.
• Load and unload goods safely and efficiently.
• Monitor and track shipment status.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager.
Education: • Required: College above• Preferred: Specialization in Logistics, Customs, TradeExperience:• Required: 2-3 years of experience in logistics, with a focus on warehouse operations• Preferred: Logistics, Customs, TradeSkills & Abilities:Required:• Excellent communication skills• Fluent in English (listening, reading, speaking, writing)Preferred:• Chinese language skills are a plus• Understanding of customs and trade regulations
