Legal Executive ( Real Estate Industry)

• Review contracts, documents related to the Company’s operations to ensure compliance with Vietnamese law and protection of the Company’s interests;

• Assist in preparing and handling procedures for issuance and amendment of enterprise registration certificate, investment registration certificate, and other relevant licensing matters;

• Handle legal procedures and documentation related to real estate and property ownership certificate to purchasers;

• Provide legal support to other departments during negotiations and working with external parties, when required;

• Conduct legal research, legal updates and participate in resolving disputes and complaints involving customers and third parties relating to the business activities of the Company;

• Administer and maintain contract files and the Legal Department’s records;

• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Education:

• University degree (full-time) or higher in Law

• Lawyer’s Practicing Certificate/Lawyer Card is an advantage

Experience and knowledge:

• Minimum of 03 years of legal experience in a similar role, hands-on experience working for a real estate developer is an advantage;

• Experienced in working with government authorities (especially in licensing and post-licensing works);

• Candidates from other industries with strong legal mindset and proven adaptability are encouraged to apply;

• Ability to handle high volumes of documentation, multitask effectively and adaptable to a fast-paced environment;

• Teamwork and communication skills for effective collaboration with internal departments.

Skills:

• English: Good command for communication and writing skills;

• IT: proficient in office software.
