Lab Technician (Physical Testing) - Dist 12

• Prepare samples, test specimens, equipment and test documents for textile and footwear testing.

• Perform testing according to approved test methods, standards, procedures and customer requirements.

• Record, review and report test results accurately and in a timely manner.

• Maintain test equipment, laboratory facilities and related records, including calibration and maintenance activities.

• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 9001 and laboratory quality requirements.

• Support sample handling, customer/supplier sample handover, inspections and on-site technical activities when required.

• Maintain a clean, safe and well-organized laboratory and support continuous improvement of laboratory operations.

• Chemical Engineering background.

• Fresh graduate or at least 1 year of working experience in a manufacturing factory or third-party testing laboratory.

• Basic knowledge of textile and footwear testing is an advantage.

• Good command of spoken and written English.

• Good computer skills, especially MS Office.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Basic understanding of quality and laboratory requirements is an advantage.
