Support daily operational tasks of the assigned department under the supervision of line managersAssist in communicating with Korean-speaking guests to ensure a smooth and pleasant guest experienceTranslate or interpret basic information between Korean and English/Vietnamese when requiredAssist with guest inquiries, requests, and follow-ups in a courteous and professional mannerSupport administrative tasks such as preparing reports, documents, or guest information as assignedParticipate in on-the-job training and departmental briefingsComply with company policies, service standards, and workplace regulationsPerform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or department head
• Currently a student or fresh graduate majoring in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related fields
• Proficient in Korean language (spoken and written); basic English communication is required
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong sense of responsibility
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced service environment
• Available for internship/training for the required period
