IT Warehouse & Supply Chain

• Develop a strong understanding of warehouse operations, logistics processes, and supply chain workflows.

• Provide day-to-day IT support for Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and related SCM applications.

• Regularly visit warehouse sites to monitor system performance, understand operational challenges, and support business users.

• Ensure stable operation of IT systems supporting inbound, outbound, inventory management, and warehouse activities.

• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to identify operational improvement opportunities.

• Act as the primary IT contact for warehouse and SCM-related incidents.

• Investigate system issues and coordinate recovery actions with business users, vendors, and Global IT teams.

• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and drive permanent corrective actions.

• Monitor incident trends and proactively recommend preventive measures to improve system stability.

• Escalate critical issues appropriately while ensuring timely communication with stakeholders.

• Candidates with 5+ years of experience in SCM systems, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related areas are highly preferred. Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics processes is required.

• Experience supporting or implementing supply chain transformation projects, WMS, logistics platforms, warehouse automation, system rollout, incident management, and root cause analysis is strongly preferred.
