Import Export Senior Staff/Specialist

1. Logistics cost management: 10%

- Bid for logistics cost

- FWD quotation update

- Logistics cost payment

- Logistics cost report

2. Customs procedure, FTA CO management: 20%

- Handling for import-export customs procedure

- Handle for Tax payment process

- Preparing document for customs audit

- Handle for FTA CO for import and export

3. Delivery management: 20%

- Booking vessel/flight/truck for import-export shipment

- Co-operate with related teams to arrange delivery on time

4. Free tax material management: 30%

- Co-operate with related teams to manage BOM, in-out-stock for materials of export goods to issue C/O and export norm.

5. Good’s Insurance management: 5%

- Handle to buy insurance for Import-export shipment

- Payment for Insurance fee

6. Update new Customs Decree & Circular, HS Code using management: 5%

- Update new decree, circular from customs department, website

- Checking and update HS code for new material on HS code management file.

7. Customs audit: 5%

- Support team leader for Post Clearance audit ( every 3 years) at factory related to HS code, free tax, FTA CO using…

- Working with authority and following their requirement.

- Support part leader for self-audit every year.

8. Saving cost: 5%

- Checking and request using C/O FTA for import material

- Using forwarder with best price for transportation
