• Implement and monitor Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) programs within the factory.
• Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, and near-miss cases.
• Coordinate Fire Prevention & Fighting (FPF) activities and emergency response programs.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
• Deliver HSE training and safety awareness programs for employees and contractors.
• Support the maintenance of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
• Prepare HSE reports and monitor key HSE performance indicators (KPIs).
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.• Minimum 2 years of experience in an HSE role within a manufacturing environment.• Good knowledge of occupational health & safety, environmental regulations, fire safety, and risk assessment.• Strong communication, training, and problem-solving skills.• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.• Good command of English is an advantage.• Transportation from HCMC to Tay Ninh is provided (pick-up point at District 1).
