• Ensure compliance with Vietnamese pharmaceutical laws, Ministry of Health regulations, and licensing requirements.
• Manage pharmacy operations, regulatory documentation, and Department of Health inspections.
• Oversee medication procurement, storage, dispensing, and inventory management.
• Supervise pharmacy staff and ensure consistent standards across clinics.
• Implement pharmacy procedures, quality controls, and patient safety standards.
• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or higher.• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in pharmacy.• Extensive knowledge of Vietnamese pharmaceutical legislation, licensing, and regulatory compliance.• Experience dealing with Department of Health inspections and authorities.• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.• Fluent Vietnamese and good working proficiency in English.• Valid pharmacy practice certificate, where legally required.
