Guest Service Officer is a Front of House associate responsible for delivering personalized, culturally sensitive, and exceptional guest experiences, with a focus on Korean - Speaking guests.To assist our guests efficiently, courteously and professionally in all Front Office related functions and maintain Hotel's high standards of hospitality at all times.
To support in handling guest check-ins and check-out efficiently and in a professional manner, having a thorough knowledge of the check-in and check-out processes and all registration requirements.
To practice gracious hospitality and promote goodwill by being friendly, courteous and helpful to guests, managers and fellow associates at all times.
• Mandatory: Ability to communicate confidently in Korean
• Advanced English communication skills are preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma from an accredited university in Hospitality, Business Administration, Languages or Relevant majors.
• Strong service mindset with genuine passion for guest experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Cultural awareness and sensitivity toward international guests.
