GSD Staff (Garment)

• Apply GSD to analyze garment operations and define standard minute values (SMV) for each style.
• Collaborate with GSD staff in factory, IE, Sample, and Production teams to check, validate data, operations and layouts.
• Do the costing on GSD system.
• Maintain and update GSD database and ensure alignment with actual operations.
• Support the development of new methods and layout planning to improve productivity.
• Assist in training sewing operators or technicians on best practices based on GSD findings.

• Bachelor’s degree in Garment Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• GSD certification is required.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in garment costing using GSD.
• Proficiency in GSD software and garment operation methods.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Good communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented and cost-conscious mindset.
