General Accountant (Salary Upto 30M)

1. Daily Data Control & Verification

• Handle the legality and validity of accounting vouchers and transactions.

• Control double-entry bookings; reconcile detailed data with general ledger summaries.

2. Asset & Liability Management

• Record and closely track expense allocations and Asset depreciation.

• Periodically check and reconcile balances for cash, bank accounts, advances, and accounts receivable/payable, loans.

3. Tax Declaration & Reporting

• Prepare, finalize, and submit timely tax reports, including VAT, PIT, CIT,and WHT

• Prepare annual financial statements and relevant tax finalization reports.

4. Data Archiving & Explanation

• Organize and systematically archive accounting documents • Liaise with authorities to explain data during audits, inspections, or finalizations

Requirements• Education: University degree preferred.• Excellent Written and Spoken English.• Good communication, coordination and influencing skills• Good mindset to be flexible, innovative, creative• Work well in a team-based environment.• Highly capable of identifying problems and solving problems.• Able to work under pressure with deadlines and focused on identifying key issues and providing solutions.• Strong Computer skills: MS Office, Windows, Word, Excel• Knowledge of Misa preferred
