General Accountant

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle full sets of accounts including GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Accruals, and Provisions

• Perform month-end/year-end closing activities accurately and within deadlines

• Prepare periodic financial statements and management reports in accordance with VAS/USGAAP

• Monitor revenue, expenses, and financial status

• Analyze Costing and report on margins by product

• Handle VAT refund, CIT inspection and other tax inspections

• Handle annual tax finalization and work directly with tax authorities

• Handle annual audited financial statements and transfer pricing reports

• Support internal and external audits

• Monitor and update new tax regulations

• Reconcile inventory balance between system and related department

• Conducts physical inventories

• Fixed assets control & record

• Perform other accounting tasks assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum experience of 3 years of General Accountant in a Manufacturing Company

• Bachelor / College Degree in Accounting or Finance

• Strong Cost systems background

• Strong knowledge about Tax, especially CIT, VAT refund

• Strong Excel skills

• Experience with ERP software (Epicor) a plus

• Good knowledge of accounting and finance terminology in English and the ability to communicate in English at work
