[Factory 1] IPC Officer (Chemical/ Biotech/ Pharmacy Fresher)

• In process control at production area.

• Manage workers, materials, procedures to produce qualified products.

• Perform internal audits and assist in external audits/inspections.

• Participate in investigations related to product quality issues and ensure timely closure.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for continual quality improvements.

• Issue batch record for production, receive and review batch records.

• Compile and update SOP, product master file, annual product review, …

• Support GMP periodic training, validate manufacturing process, and follow other duties required from QA Manager.

• Official Education: Pharmacy/ Chemistry/ Biology University

• Supplementary Certificate

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in MS Office

• Good command of English

• Experience in QA or a similar role in the pharmaceutical industry.

• Familiarity with regulatory guidelines (e.g., GMP, CFR, ISO,…)

• Fresh graduates with Pharmacy degrees and a strong willingness to learn

• Can work in shifts (4 shifts: 06:00 - 14:00; 14:00 - 22:00; 22:00 - 06:00; 08:00 - 17:00), shift change per week
