Ecommerce Order Management Specialist

1. ORDER MANAGEMENT & OPERATIONS (50%)

• Manage Sales Orders (SO/DN) in the system.

• Manage order shipments, including internal sales, consignment, FOC, etc.

• Update order statuses on e-commerce platforms (TikTok Shop, Lazada, Tiki).

• Monitor order processing and ensure data accuracy.

2. BEFORE-AFTER SALES & OPERATIONS FOLLOW-UP (50%):

• Manage stock and follow up on production and shipment schedules with the Product Team.

• Follow up with Logistic team on delivery performance, SDA picking, and shipment progress.

• Follow up with relevant teams on compensation management and delivery fee calculations.

• Follow up on return processes, including system updates and post-return activities.

• Follow up on POD posting and pending cases.

• Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve operational issues and report operational status.

• Assist in resolving arising issues.

3. OTHER TASKS:

• Perform additional duties as directed by the Line manager.

1. Education background:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistic/ BA/ E-Com or related.

2. Working experience:

• Working experiences in e-commerce platforms/ or similar position in other brand are prioritized

• As least 1–3 year experience in related field (Home Appliances/ eCommerce/ Sales)

3. Skills:

• Good at written and spoken English (Proficiency in Chinese is an advantage).

• Excellent in Microsoft Office, Communication & Customer Relationship Management.

• Knowledge related to E-com Sales policies & Processes.

• Trustworthiness, Dynamism, and High Responsibility.

• Ability to Work Under High Pressure.
