E-Commerce Specialist (6-Month Contract)

The role

This is a 6-month contract  to help re-launch our online store and grow sales to international customers. You will work closely with management and our Hong Kong office. For the right candidate, this role can lead to a long-term permanent position.

Key responsibilities

• Marketing and advertising: Plan and run online marketing and advertising campaigns (for example marketplace ads, social media ads, email) to drive traffic and sales, and track and optimise results.

• Influencer marketing: Find, contact and work with influencers and KOLs to promote our products.

• Store management: Manage and optimise our existing online store to improve customer experience and conversion.

• Product listings: Create and update product listings with titles, descriptions, size charts and specifications in English, optimised for search.

• Product content: Coordinate product photography and content, and make sure images and information meet platform requirements.

• Logistics and shipping: Work with our shipping partners on order delivery, including duties and taxes for EU/US customers.

• Customer service: Handle customer enquiries, returns and reviews.

• Reporting: Report sales, marketing results and recommendations to management regularly.

• At least 2–3 years of cross-border e-commerce experience, selling to international customers.

• Hands-on experience running online marketing and advertising campaigns, and running an online store or marketplace account (Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop or similar).

• Experience working with influencers and KOLs.

• Knowledge of international shipping, customs and duties for e-commerce parcels.

• Fashion or apparel e-commerce experience preferred.

• Good written and spoken English.
