DUTY ENGINEERING/ Quản lý Trực ca

Oversee the maintenance, repair, and engineering operations of the hotel to ensure all facilities, equipment, and systems are maintained in optimal condition.Implement and monitor preventive maintenance programs, building inspections, and safety checks to ensure compliance with operational and regulatory standards.Ensure the effective operation of fire life safety systems, energy conservation initiatives, and technical services across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.Coordinate with other departments to promptly resolve maintenance issues, support guest satisfaction, and deliver effective service recovery when required.Manage engineering resources, including tools, equipment, contractors, purchasing requests, invoices, and technical compliance requirements.Support the development and supervision of Engineering team members through scheduling, training, coaching, performance management, and adherence to hotel policies and safety standards.Promote Hyatt’s values, teamwork culture, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with company, legal, health, safety, and security requirements.

• Previous experience in hotel engineering operations is preferred; candidates with experience as a Duty Engineer or in a similar engineering role within a 4–5 star hotel or resort environment will have an advantage.

• Sound knowledge of electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, equipment, and building engineering systems.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform maintenance and repair work in accordance with established procedures.

• Responsible, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to respond efficiently to operational issues during assigned shifts.

• Willing and able to work rotating shifts, night shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required by operational needs.

• Professional qualifications or certifications in Electrical, HVAC/Refrigeration, Mechanical Engineering, or other related technical disciplines are preferred.
