Data & Automation Analyst (Production Control)

• Manage production control tasks: loading/shipment scheduling, WIP monitoring, cycle time tracking, and coordination with CS/Sales and manufacturing teams.

• Develop applications and tools using Python, VBA, Power BI to support production control and reporting.

• Design and implement data solutions based on customer/internal requirements.

• Automate manual processes to improve operational efficiency and data accuracy.

• Prepare regular reports and dashboards for performance tracking.

• Bachelor’s degree

• Experienced in automation/data solutions with strong skills in Python, VBA, and Power BI

• English communication skills are mandatory

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
