📌 Position: Customs Manager

👤 Reports to: Supply Chain Manager

📍 Location: Almonds Plant, B7 block, Tien Nga Warehouse, Long Binh, Dong Nai

🕗 Working hours: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday to half-day Saturday

🚌 Shuttle bus: Available from Ho Chi Minh City

We are looking for a hands-on Customs Manager who will directly prepare customs reports and handle detailed customs-related activities in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and annual customs reports.

• Handle customs reporting for import-export, local sales, trading and tolling activities.

• Monitor yield loss, stock movement and material flows.

• Support BOM and customs code creation.

• Coordinate with customs authorities and internal teams.

• Update relevant teams on new customs regulations.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of relevant customs experience.

• Proven hands-on customs reporting experience.

• Good knowledge of manufacturing processes, BOM and yield loss.

• Familiarity with customs procedures and e-customs declaration software.

• SAP experience is preferred.

• Good business English.

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
