Customer Service Staff (Female)
Due to business expansion, we are looking for a dynamic, responsible, and customer-oriented candidate to join our Customer Service team.
Job Responsibilities
• Directly manage assigned customers and handle daily customer service activities, including order processing and delivery coordination.
• Monitor and manage inventory data in the system.
• Coordinate with NSK overseas manufacturing plants for production order placement and follow-up.
• Track and monitor incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Liaise with internal departments and customers to resolve operational issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Female candidate.• Graduated from College or University.• Good command of spoken and written English.• Japanese communication skills are an advantage.• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).• Responsible, honest, careful, diligent, and possess strong interpersonal skills.• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Previous working experience is not required.
