About this role
- 4+ years of experience in construction estimating, quantity surveying, civil/structural engineering, or a related field.- Degree from a top-tier university in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.- GPA of 7.5/10 or equivalent.- Strong experience reading and interpreting US residential construction blueprints.- Hands-on experience performing construction material takeoffs.- Strong understanding of residential foundation and framing construction.- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.- Strong written and spoken English.- Ability to work independently and consistently meet tight deadlines.- Willingness to use Plankore as the primary takeoff platform.
