Chief Accountant / Kế Toán Trưởng

• Manage and control the day-to-day activities in Finance & Accounting Department. Establish, monitor and implement with team ensure daily job run smoothly.

• Planning, organizing and directing all aspects of the accounting department including controls and reports, budgets and forecasts (Cost center), payments and investment.

• Review the related monthly, periodical reports, tax declarations and tax issue resolutions such as VAT, FCT, CIT, etc. as required to ensure accuracy.

• Review monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements including income statement, balance sheet, cash flow and cost analysis report to ensure accuracy.

• Handle all tax matters, liaise with internal departments and external parties such as banks, auditors, tax authorities and relevant government authorities related to finance and accounting matters.

• Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve the company’s goals.

• Other special tasks assigned by CFO and Top of Management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing or Economics.

• Chief Accountant Certificate.

• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and preferred knowledge in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

• At least 3 years’ experience in the same position and work in FDI companies is preferable.

• Strong knowledge in financial analysis, accounting principles, systems, manufacturing processes and procedures.

• Strong leadership, good communication, and integrity.

• Good command of English communication.\Strong computer skills, experience working with SAP system is required.

• Consistent, accurate, and thorough with an eye for details.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, strong growth mindset, proactive and results-driven mindset, able to work under high pressure, high workload.
