From behind-the-scenes operations to guest-facing moments, every detail you contribute helps create a sense of calm, balance, and belonging for those we serve.We are looking for individuals who share our passion for excellence, creativity, and heartfelt service — those who take pride in crafting experiences that leave a lasting impression.Key Responsibilities:Perform night audit procedures to ensure all daily financial transactions are accurate and balanced.Verify and reconcile all front office postings, guest accounts, and revenue reports.Prepare daily reports, including revenue summaries, occupancy reports, and financial statements.Ensure all guest bills are accurate and properly posted in the system.Handle late check-ins, early check-outs, and guest inquiries during night shifts.Provide courteous and professional service to guests at all times.Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and other departments to ensure smooth overnight operations.Identify and resolve discrepancies in accounts and report any irregularities.Maintain security and safety standards during the night shift.Ensure proper handover to the morning shift team.

Requirements:

• Good English communication skills (spoken and written)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Well-organized with attention to detail

• Positive attitude, adaptable, and willing to learn

• Ability to work flexible hours when required

Experience:

• 1–3 years of relevant working experience (hospitality or related fields preferred)

• Experience in international or luxury environments is an advantage

• Basic understanding of service standards and customer experience

• Fresh graduates are welcome for entry-level positions
