From behind-the-scenes operations to guest-facing moments, every detail you contribute helps create a sense of calm, balance, and belonging for those we serve.We are looking for individuals who share our passion for excellence, creativity, and heartfelt service — those who take pride in crafting experiences that leave a lasting impression.Key Responsibilities:Support the supervision of junior team members to ensure daily operations run smoothly and meet guest expectations.Assist in maintaining consistency in food preparation and presentation in line with established standards.Ensure proper hygiene and food safety practices in storage, preparation, and handling of food.Follow standard recipes and minimize food wastage during preparation and cooking.Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across all kitchen and related areas.Assist in preparing and submitting required reports in a timely manner.Check ingredients and preparation processes to ensure readiness for service and compliance with standards.Monitor cleanliness and proper functioning of kitchen equipment and tools; report any issues promptly to supervisors.Clean and organize the work area and complete all end-of-shift duties, including proper cleaning and preparation for the next shift.Ensure punctuality, proper grooming, and compliance with kitchen standards.Support training and guidance of junior team members when required.

Requirements:

• Good English communication skills (spoken and written)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Well-organized with attention to detail

• Positive attitude, adaptable, and willing to learn

• Ability to work flexible hours when required

Experience:

• 1–3 years of relevant working experience (hospitality or related fields preferred)

• Experience in international or luxury environments is an advantage

• Basic understanding of service standards and customer experience

• Fresh graduates are welcome for entry-level positions
