RGF's Client - a Japanese company in the ink and chemical industry - is looking for a Sales Assistant Manager to develop sales strategies, expand the customer and distributor network, maintain long-term business relationships, and manage the sales team to achieve business targets.
• Working Location: Binh Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
• Monthly Salary: 30M ~ 35M VND Gross
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new customers and distributors and expand business opportunities.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and distributors.
• Improve sales services based on market trends and customer feedback.
• Monitor sales performance and implement measures to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
• Analyze competitors, market statistics, and trends to support business decisions.
• Supervise, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Support recruitment, training, and work scheduling for sales team members.
• Conduct regular customer visits and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Develop annual budgets and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Monitor and control inventory in accordance with company regulations.
• Coordinate with the finance and sales administration teams to monitor customer payments.
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Printing Technology, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 3~5 years of experience in a related industry, preferably chemical, ink, or packaging.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Good teamwork skills.
