RGF's Client - a Japanese company in manufacturing and operating across multiple business sectors - is looking for a Chinese-speaking Sales Engineer to drive sales of semiconductor and optical products through technical support, customer engagement, and on-site equipment troubleshooting.
• Working Location: Ngoc Ha Ward, Hanoi
• Monthly Salary: 18,000,000 ~ 26,000,000VND
Job Responsibilities
• Promote company sales through presentations, translation, and direct B2B sales
• Provide technical support for all machinery and equipment owned by the Company
• Handle technical requirements related to machinery and equipment, including customer meetings, complaints, loading/unloading, installation, customer training, etc.
• Provide on-site support at customer facilities in case of machinery or equipment malfunctions as requested by customers or the Company
Necessary Skill / Experience:
• Education Background: Bachelor's degree
• Language Skills: English and Chinese - Business Level
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in an equivalent position
• Freshers can apply
Preferable Skill/ Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Engineering (advantageous)
