132595 - Maintenance Leader - Manufacturing

RGF's Client - a Japanese company in manufacturing industrial components and materials - is looking for a Maintenance Leader to ensure continuous operation of production equipment and infrastructure through systematic maintenance planning and technical management.

• Working Location: VSIP Hai Phong

• Monthly Salary: Competitive based on qualifications

• Job Responsibilities:

• Manage machinery, equipment and infrastructure

• Plan periodic maintenance for machinery, equipment and infrastructure to ensure continuous system operation

• Plan procurement and manage spare parts for repair and maintenance activities

• Implement technical improvements for machinery and equipment

• Manage operation of electrical and water systems

• Other tasks as required by management

Necessary Skill / Experience:

• Educational background: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Electricity or Automation

• Language skills: Proficiency in English or Japanese - Business level (communication, email, document reading comprehension)

• Experience: At least 2 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing plants

• Understanding of PLC programming

• Ability to read and understand technical drawings, use technical drawing software (e.g., AutoCAD)

Preferable Skill/ Experience:

• Experience in Japanese manufacturing companies

• Proficiency in either English or Japanese (communication, email, document reading comprehension)
